Wonderful

The very first impresion was terrible by the overcrowded restaurant for dinner (we arrived around 20.00) but next days were absolutely OK :+) good animations :-)

the long cue for a dinner, probably caused by the renovation of main bulding, but I am guessing only.

An absolutely great family vacation

Cleanliness, staff are always smiling and helpful, food was great, and shows were extremely well done…. a lot of work is put in by the employees here

Just update the rooms… they are kept very clean, but only knock would be that they are dated

Overall okay, but could be better for the price

The resort was lovely; but buffet food could be better in terms of quality and choice and food being kept warmed. The crepe truck was a bonus however would be much better if they were served hot and not pre-made and cold.

One pool should be adult pool at least. Room did not have basics such as tea/coffee facilities, this is not all rooms , however it should be basic included in every room for a resort or a hotel, this was first hotel I experienced this . They didn’t have king size bed for us so we had two double beds that were small and they were fixed to the ground so you couldn’t push them together, so overall okay resort but some basics were missing

Well situated, comfy and fun

The hotel was beautiful. The grounds were very lush, the food was great and a huge variety, and the staff were super. Comfy bed and lovely rooms.

Our room in the Riveria backed onto a service walkway and every morning around 5am a truck would back up and the carts going back and forth sounded like thunder. I was ill one day and phoned to see if I could get a snack from room service, but it's not available to anyone who isn't a "Privalidged or exclusive" traveler. (Says 24-hour service on web) At full capacity, there were no sun loungers available anywhere.

Lovely

It was clean and easygoing. The crepiere was delightful. The staff lovely. Too many favorites to name. Food : plentiful and satisfying. Dessert was fun to try the various choices. Pool was clean. Ocean view was gorgeous. Lots of activities but plenty of places to relax too. Loved our room location.

Couldn’t get into the special restaurants during the week unless it was very late. We’re not 9:30 dinner people. Rocks on the beach make going in and out of water challenging. Pool should be open later, at least one.

It did the job. I had a place to stay and eat but the place is very tired and run down. Staff are very miserable.

Definitely a bang for your buck, but just don’t get the comfort room, pay the extra to upgrade at least one level

It was very walkable, pretty easy to understand where everything was. Able to swim in the ocean and snorkel so that’s nice. Buffet Food was really good with lots of vegetarian options. The plantains were awesome. Front desk staff was very kind. Booking excursions was easy and that staff was nice too! Met some super friendly people who were also staying there and made some good friends

Our first room had a lot of bugs and the AC broke so we suffered for 3 days in 26.5 Celsius (almost 80 Fahrenheit) until they finally let us switch rooms. Didn’t offer airport pickup so it costed 160$ USD to take a taxi because the airport basically only lets taxis and buses come up. The kids run WILD and jump in the pool splashing everyone and their drinks, parents don’t say anything. IMPOSSIBLE to make dinner reservations unless you are on your phone at exactly 8am and make it by 8:05am. All of the restaurants were so hot, looked at the thermostat and it was 90 Fahrenheit INSIDE!! Have to reserve pool chairs very early too, got our towels swiped too.

Motel 6 of resorts

The area that it is located in is walkable. U don't have to leave out ,to get other food and see things

The website said that it was 3 beds in the room upon arrival it wasn't. Staff was rude and not turning to fix the issue. The next day they finally sent another bed in. Victor from their customer service said that a agent from booking would be on site the next. However the next day the manager said the agents are never on site. MONICA the lady at the front desk is really rude. The rooms is outdated mold around the door the bathtub was super dirty and the toilet seat was broken.

It was hard to make reservations for the restaurants but the hotel stepped in and helped us and took care of that problem, so no complaints.

The staff saved our trip Manuel, Luis, and Jesus on the bars were amazing. Victor was over the top and helped us with everything.

Ac didn't work properly in the room. Didn't get one night of good sleep. Rooms are dated, to say the least. There are not enough pool chairs, so it's a fight to get one. Only 2 restaurants are available for us, and you have to book at 8 am. or you don't get in. Extremely rude hostes in the Japanese restaurant. Wine scam. They sell you a bottle, and when you go to the restaurant, they say they don't have it and make you pay for more expensive wine or cancel your reservation.

We will not be going back to this resort. 3star at best.

Breakfast buffet was great.

We were never told or given the opportunity to upgrade to premium. But all week we were constantly told we could not get Canadian whiskey, or access to certain A La Cartes, or certain lounges with our bracelets. Made us feel like second class. The reservation system to book into the ONLY 2 A La Carte restaurants we had access to, was ridiculous and almost impossible to be successful at. It was a ridiculous system that frustrated all patrons. No coffee machine in the room, and trying to get a cup of coffee in the morning was a struggle. The coffee machine was supposed to be at the Tequilla bar, which most of the time it wasn’t there. If it was, there were no cups. It was an issue every morning. The batteries in our door lock failed twice in one week, & we were not able to get into our room until maintenance could come fix it…again. Our daughters room air conditioner did not work. They had maintenance in, but did no good. They were melting at night. No Kleenex provided in the rooms anymore. Never in my life has this occurred in a hotel. Fridges were only supplied with a bottle of water. No beer, pop, juice etc. My husband is a diabetic, so we had to go buy juice & snacks for our room in case of emergency blood sugar crashes. Gee, I thought this was an all inclusive?
